Meet Cameron D’Ambrosio. He’s 18 and lives in a small town outside Boston. He wants to be a rapper and calls himself “Cammy Dee” in his YouTube videos.

Oh, and he’s been locked up without bail for weeks — facing terrorism charges and 20 years in prison — all for something he posted on Facebook.

On May 1st, Cam was skipping school and messing around online. He posted some lyrics that included a vague reference to the Boston Marathon Bombing and called the Whitehouse a “federal house of horror.” Shortly after that he was arrested and charged with Communicating a Terrorist Threat, a felony that carries 20 years in prison.

The post contained no specific threat of violence against any person or group of people, and in the context of the rest of the lyrics and Cams’ rap persona, it was clearly nothing more than a metaphor. A search of Cam’s house found NO evidence that he was planning any violence, but a judge still ordered him held without bail for the next 3 months, pending trial.

Held without bail? For writing a rap song?

A search of Cam’s house found no explosives, weapons, or ANY evidence that he was planning anything other than becoming the next Eminem.

Take a minute to watch the video of one of Cam’s songs to the left, and decide for yourself whether you think he’s a threat to public safety, or just a teenager speaking his mind.

Cam is locked up right now and he needs your help. Civil liberties groups haven’t jumped in to help. The judge has shown severe bias already. Cam’s best shot at justice is to make sure that Authorities in this small town know that the rest of the country is watching, and that we won’t let them set a precedent of arresting teenagers for angsty lyrics.

Slim chance of a fair trial.

It’s not a surprise that the judge in the case felt pressure to come down hard on Cam, since the local media has been quick to sensationalize the story and demonize a harmless teenager.

Before charges were even formally filed, local newspapers were already posting pictures from Cam’s facebook and pointing to “disturbing” posts like “Fuck politics. Fuck Obama. Fuck the government!” and “satanic” imagery (like some image from a metal band’s poster.) All of this is free speech that is 100% protected by the 1st Amendment.

But Fox News went so far as to say that Cam’s facebook profile had images that they “couldn’t show on TV.” They and other media outlets frequently and intentionally printed only a small section of the lyrics that Cam was arrested for allegedly writing, and took them out of context to make rap metaphors sound like a real threat.

The media printed:

“(Expletive) a boston bominb wait till u see the (expletive) I do, I’ma be famous”

The actual line is:

“(Expletive) a boston bominb wait till u see the (expletive) I do, I’ma be famous rapping”

Notice something? The context completely changes the meaning of the line. Suddenly something that sounds like a threat of violence is clearly just bragging about how good Cammy Dee is going to be in the rap game. Last we checked, teenage dreams of grandeur were not a crime.

Here’s the full text according to techdirt of the lyrics Cam posted that are in question.

Massachusetts Law is pretty clear about what constitutes a “terroristic threat”. The statement has to claim that there is a weapon or a bomb, and/or threaten a specific place or location with the intent of causing disruption. Cam comparing his rap aspirations with the amount of media coverage tragedy in Boston got doesn’t even come close.

The Methuen Chief of Police even stated: “I do want to make clear he did not make a specific threat against the school or any particular individuals…”

Cam should be released immediately unless the D.A. can produce some additional evidence as to why he is a threat to anyone.

Cam may not be your favorite rapper. You may not like anything he has to say. But what’s important here is that we defend our right to speak our mind online without fear of the government coming down on us. Methuen is a small town, but if we get them to drop this case, it would be a big victory for free speech. Philadelphia – Adam Kokesh, the veteran who has been planning an armed march on Washington, D.C. has been arrested for another act of civil disobedience.

Earlier today, a post was made on Adam Kokesh’s official Facebook page that he had been arrested in Philadelphia during a “Smoke Down Prohibition” event. Kokesh has attended all four previous “Smoke Down Prohibition” events and was continuing this trend by participating in the fifth today. The Facebook post reads as follows:

Adam has been arrested and is in jail in Philly… I can personally testify that he hadn’t even smoked yet… everyone please phone bomb the philly police and jail phone lines and demand adam be released amd able to make contact with us… other protesters were actually smoking and released after arrest but adam was taken away in a white chevy suburban… phone bomb them now!!! — Brother Lucas

  • I happen to agree that something has to be done with those who commit  Treason.  It is not Sedition to want those in power who have commited Treason Against the United States to have to pay for the high crimes they have committed.  It is not a crime to want justice for the American people or for Seal team Six, if in fact it turns out to be true what this talk show host is saying about any of these allegations against the President and Hillary Clinton.  The punishment should fit the crime according to our Laws of the Constitution.

By Section 110 of Article III. of the Constitution of the United States, it is declared that:

“Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. In 1790, the Congress of the United States enacted that:

JAMES MADISON in the 43d number of the Federalist says:

“As treason may be committed against the United States the authority of the United States ought to be enabled to punish it: but as new tangled and artificial treasons have been the great engines by which violent factions, the natural offspring of free governments, have usually wreaked their alternate malignity on each other, the Convention has with great judgment opposed a barrier to this peculiar danger by inserting a Constitutional definition of the crime.”

The Constitution confines the crime of treason to two species; First, the levying of war against the United States; and Secondly, adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. In so doing the very words of the Statute of Treason of EDWARD the THIRD were adopted; and thus the framers of the Constitution recognized the well settled interpretation of these phrases in the administration of criminal law which has prevailed for centuries in England.

Treason, according to Lord COKK, is derived from trahir, signifying to betray; and trahison, by contraction, treason, is the betraying itself.

In England, high treason can only be committed against the KING, for the oath of allegiance is to the KING alone, as the only supreme Governor — he has no partners in the supremacy.

The host of a right wing radio show with a dislike for Hillary Clinton wants to take out his grudge by shooting her in the vagina.

Pete Santilli isn’t extremely well known, nor are his ideas mainstream, but he’s managed to get some rather big names on his radio show of late. Recent guests on the internet-based show including NRA board member Ted Nugent and Gun Owners of America director Larry Pratt and have lent some heightened visibility to Santilli’s homespun show.

Now the conspiracy theorist has really doubled down on increasing his name recognition, though it may not be in the wisest way.

Low blow: Conspiracy theorist and host of a right wing internet broadcast Pete Santilli said last week he wants to ‘shoot Hillary Clinton in the vagina.’

While discussing the Benghazi scandal, an enraged Santilli said he wanted former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to pay for ‘all the Americans [she’s] killed.’

‘I want to shoot her right in the vagina,’ Santilli said last week. ‘On behalf of all of those people, I’m supporting our troops by saying we need to try, convict, and shoot Hillary Clinton in the vagina.’

The shocking comment apparently stems from the host’s belief that the Obama administration faked the Osama bin Laden capture.

‘On behalf of all Americans that you’ve killed,’ he said, ‘on behalf of the Navy SEALS, the families of Navy SEAL Team Six who were involved in the fake hunt down of this Obama, Obama bin Laden thing, that whole fake scenario, because these Navy SEALS know the truth, they killed them all.’

But Santilli didn’t reserve his wraith for Clinton. He also had words for the president himself and warned listeners that those who disagreed shall be deemed un-American.

‘Barack Obama needs to be tried, convicted, and shot for crimes against the United States of America,’ he said. ‘And if anybody has a problem with that, then you are an enemy of our state.’

The host’s rants aren’t reserved for Democrats, though. On the same show, he called for the Bush family to be shot for treason.

Though his recent words are decidedly uncouth, they are a far cry from the most unbelievable comments he’s made.

Bold: Santilli’s show is available only online, but he says he is willing to go national if the FCC ‘can handle my truth & honesty’

Santilli posted an article on his website in December that mapped out his belief the Sandy Hook massacre was a Satanic human sacrifice that was based on rituals seen in the most recent Batman film and further proven by the elementary school’s central location between Stonehenge and the Aztec Pyramid of the Sun.

Santilli also espouses beliefs that high tech energy beams are what took down the Twin Towers on 9/11 and that George H.W. Bush and ‘his cronies’ orchestrated the JFK assassination, among other theories.

On his site, Santilli says he’s prepared to take his truther message and unusual ideas to a national audience, if the audience is ready for him.

‘I am a radio talkshow host ready to take my show to national syndication,’ he writes. ‘That is, of course, if the FCC regulated AM/FM radio stations can handle my truth & honesty.’

    Marijuana – scientific name “cannabis” – performed like a champ in the first-ever placebo-controlled trial of the drug to treat Crohn’s Disease, also known as inflammatory bowel disease.

    The disease of the digestive tract afflicts 400,000 – 600,000 people in North America alone causing abdominal pain, diarrhea (which can be bloody), severe vomiting, weight loss, as well as secondary skin rashes, arthritis, inflammation of the eye, tiredness, and lack of concentration.

    Smoking pot caused a “complete remission” of Crohn’s disease compared to placebo in half the patients who lit up for eight weeks, according to clinical trial data to be published the journal Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

    Researchers at Israel’s Meir Medical Center took 21 people with intractable, severe Crohn’s disease and gave 11 of them two joints a day for eight weeks. “The standardized cannabis cigarettes” contained 23 percent THC and 0.5 percent CBD (cannabidiol). (Such marijuana is available on dispensary shelves in San Francisco, Oakland, and other cities that have regulated access to the drug.) The other ten subjects smoked placebo cigarettes containing no active cannabinoids.

    Investigators reported that smoking weed caused a “complete remission” of Crohn’s Disease in five of the 11 subjects. Another five of the eleven test subjects saw their Crohn’s Disease symptoms cut in half. Furthermore, “subjects receiving cannabis reported improved appetite and sleep, with no significant side effects.”

    The study is the first placebo-controlled clinical trial to assess the consumption of cannabis for the treatment of Crohn’s, notes NORML. All of the patients had intractable forms of the disease and did not respond to conventional treatments. Still, the United States government claims that marijuana is as dangerous as heroin and has no medical use. U.S. Attorney Melinda Haag is waging a war on safe access to medical cannabis in the Bay Area.

imagesResearchers at Harvard University announced today that they have found what appears to be a message from God written inside the human genome.

In a little-explored section of non-coding DNA, a team of top geneticists discovered a 22-word snippet of ancient Aramaic in which God confirms his existence and his role in creating life on Earth.

The stunning finding represents nearly irrefutable evidence of God‘s existence and his role in creating the process of evolution by natural selection.

The message was discovered when researchers noticed strange mathematical patterns appearing within a certain section of the genome.

“We knew the patterns weren’t naturally occurring,” explains Charles Watson, the lead scientist on the project, “but we couldn’t come up with any convincing explanation for them.

“On a whim, we started cross referencing the patterns with language databases,” he explains, “and we were shocked to find that the patterns corresponded to ancient Aramaic.”

Stunned by its discovery, the team contacted language experts familiar with Aramaic – the language Jesus Christ spoke in daily life.

Entirely decoded, the message reads: “Hello my children. This is Yahweh, the one true Lord. You have found creation’s secret. Now share it peacefully with the world.”

Yahweh is the biblical name for the Judeo-Christian god.

The findings will be published in the journal Nature next month, and are expected to provoke the biggest scientific controversy since Charles Darwin published his theory of natural selection in 1859.

“This doesn’t mean that the theory of evolution is wrong,” says Watson. “It’s just incomplete. It seems that in reality the Judeo-Christian god actually started the whole process.

“And instead of just telling us about natural selection, he left a hidden signature that we could find 200,000 years later when we invented the right technology. It makes total sense really.

“Before this discovery I was a committed atheist. Now I’m a devout Christian. This is exactly the kind of proof I needed to ease my doubts.”

In addition to its profound impact on science, the news is set to revolutionize the world of comparative religion.

“I think the message clearly indicates that God wants us to co-exist peacefully with our fellow human beings,” says Janice Taylor, a bishop in the Anglican Church.

However, other Christian denominations have a different interpretation of the scientists’ findings.

“Clearly this means our God is the one true God and that we should exterminate rival religions,” says Frank Page, leader of the conservative Southern Baptist Convention. “Now that we have truth on our side, I think it’s time we start a new crusade.”

What the Arch-Philosopher is trying to say is that those who never research, never investigate, never question what they are bred and groomed to believe, are accidents of history, footnotes of life, puppets for aliens and alienists, playthings for the psychics and psychologists of the world. It is only with the most generous hyperbole imaginable that we declare souls that dismally timid to exist at all. Everything in the world around you is a wonder beckoning you: Please explore! The Internet is called the “Information Superhighway.” We men were born experimenters. But unless you’re a multi-billionaire, your schooling was probably a sick joke, a sad excuse for an “education,” barely superior (or perchance inferior) to just goofing off in the woods for free! With a veto-proof majority, the Missouri legislature approved a popular bill protecting private property and due process rights by banning a deeply controversial United Nations “sustainability” scheme known as UN Agenda 21. The legislation, SB 265, now heads to Democrat Governor Jay Nixon, who has not yet taken a public position on the issue.

The effort to ban Agenda 21 in Missouri, widely celebrated by activists from across the political spectrum, comes in the wake of similar moves to stop the UN plan across America. In Alabama, for example, lawmakers in both houses unanimously approved a law last year prohibiting the international “sustainable development” agenda within the state. Numerous other states are working to do the same, and multiple legislatures have adopted strongly worded resolutions blasting the program.

In Missouri, the legislation was approved 24 to 9 in the GOP-controlled Senate last month. The Republican-dominated state House of Representatives, meanwhile, approved the bill 131 to 42 on May 8, also with a slight veto-proof majority. It remains unclear whether the governor will try to stop the legislation, sign it, or simply do nothing and let it quietly become law, according to news reports.

With lawmakers able to override any potential veto, activists who supported the effort are cautiously optimistic that the state government, as well as city and county authorities, will soon be prohibited by law from implementing the controversial UN agenda in Missouri. Liberty-minded legislators, responding to strong grassroots pressure from constituents, also say the law is needed to protect the rights of citizens.

The two-page legislation is short and simple. “Neither the state of Missouri nor any political subdivision shall adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to Agenda 21, adopted by the United Nations in 1992 at its Conference on Environment and Development,” the bill reads, defining political subdivisions as cities, counties, public-private partnerships, and other public entities.

If the legislation becomes law, the state government and all of its political subdivisions would also be barred from adopting or implementing any other “international law” or “ancillary plan of action” that contravenes the U.S. or Missouri constitutions. Lawmakers in the “Show-Me” State and around the country say such prohibitions are needed to protect citizens from unelected international bureaucrats seeking to impose their will on Americans — especially considering recent overt moves by the UN to broadly expand its powers on everything from guns and healthcare to the environment and welfare.

The Missouri bill ends with a ban on cooperating with UN allies involved in pushing the controversial agenda. “Since the United Nations has accredited and enlisted numerous nongovernmental and intergovernmental organizations to assist in the implementation of its policies relative to Agenda 21 around the world, the state of Missouri and all political subdivisions are prohibited from entering into any agreement with, expending any sum of money for, receiving funds from, contracting services from, or giving financial aid to those nongovernmental and intergovernmental organizations as defined in Agenda 21,” it states.

The widely criticized UN scheme, adopted by governments and dictatorships worldwide at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro more than two decades ago, has been marketed as a way to make humanity more “sustainable.” According to UN documents, however, Agenda 21 essentially seeks to restructure human civilization under the guise of environmentalism. Even human thought is in the crosshairs, official reports show.

While the UN plot has not been ratified by the U.S. Senate as required by the Constitution, it has been quietly creeping into states and local communities with prodding and bribes from the federal executive branch. “Here in Arizona, Agenda 21 is slowly creeping into the state,” popular Arizona state Sen. Judy Burges, a Republican who sponsored similar legislation in her state, told The New American recently. “It has its tentacles in everything from the schools to local government all the way up to the state.”

Also key to foisting the agenda on communities are “non-governmental organizations” (NGOs), such as the Germany-based ICLEI, formerly known as the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives. During an interview with The New American in Rio last June at the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, ICLEI President David Cadman said he did not understand opposition to Agenda 21 and did not believe state governments could ban it. If Missouri’s legislation becomes law, however, all state and local agencies will be barred from working with his controversial organization.

“This is truly a bill that’s going to help protect Missourians and their private property rights,” said Missouri Rep. Lyle Rowland, a Republican who sponsored the legislation. “Just because Agenda 21 hasn’t been approved by the federal government — there’s a lot of things that we get hit with that there hasn’t been any legislation passed on.” Numerous other lawmakers echoed those sentiments, saying it was important to defend the rights of citizens from unconstitutional assaults.

As has become typical in the increasingly fierce nationwide battle, some Democrat politicians opposed the bill, mostly citing bizarre arguments that revealed a profound and troubling ignorance of the entire subject. House Democrat Leader Jake Hummel, for example, apparently woefully uninformed about Agenda 21 and UN sustainability schemes, absurdly compared the effort to protect private property rights, due process, and state sovereignty with regulating extraterrestrials.

“Could we talk about space aliens coming down? That could happen,” he said, drawing a swift rebuke from better-educated legislators. “Do you think we should waste time on a mythical thing?” It was not immediately clear whether Rep. Hummel was unaware of the existence of Agenda 21, which is touted all over the UN’s websites, or was simply engaged in a strange attempt at humor or ridicule by feigning ignorance.

Of course, many Democrats have supported efforts to stop Agenda 21 — in Alabama, every lawmaker voted to support a similar bill. Still, some rabidly pro-UN, big government-supporting lawmakers have also resorted to childish jokes, suggesting either that the UN plan does not exist or that it is actually just a harmless “non-binding” agreement. The international body, however, actually offers a concise summary of the massive plan on its website that has sparked alarm among lawmakers and activists nationwide.

“Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts (sic) on the environment,” the UN admits on its website. Even the relatively tame summary has sparked suspicions from analysts, who point out that virtually every aspect of human existence has some “impact” on the “environment.” The UN even claims, for example, that carbon dioxide — a gas exhaled by everyone on Earth and required for all plant life — is a “pollutant” in need of a global CO2 regulation regime.

If the latest legislation eventually becomes law, Missouri would be the second state after Alabama to protect private property, state sovereignty, individual liberties, and due process rights by officially banning the controversial UN program. Recent bids to ban the agenda in Arizona and Oklahoma almost succeeded, and multiple other states are working to adopt similar laws. In addition, numerous state and county governments have adopted powerful resolutions blasting Agenda 21 as a “socialist” and “communist” plot completely at odds with American values and constitutional self-government.

While the UN has found a determined ally in much of the establishment media and among some extremist Democrats, the effort to quash Agenda 21 is gaining momentum across America. The Republican Party officially opposes it, and even liberty-minded Democrats have joined the movement to protect private property and national sovereignty. Grassroots activists, who have largely led the effort to stop UN encroachments, said the legislation in Missouri was likely just a harbinger of more major victories to come.

The B.S. of America

Taking aside the fact that the Boy Scouts of America’s inner circle, the Order of the Arrow, was founded by a (heavily documented) Freemason, even taking aside Scouting’s Pagan ceremonies (in which counselors dress in loincloths and parade before the campers) whose performance is just part of the program at their “boy’s camps” (!), I think what may be the most disturbing thing about the Scouts is that they trained us in “preparedness” and “survival” but studiously avoided “survivalism.” That is, we were taught nothing about farming or anything that would lend itself toward peaceful independence or laissez-faire (i.e. hands-off, apart from the corrupted and corrupting affairs of state) sovereignty; they just wanted us to be Marines or perhaps even less ethical lethal operatives such as CIA spies. But what do you expect, after all, from an organization that calls itself Scouting, which essentially means Spying!

We willingly expose our youth to the most severe brainwashing; for my money, it’s all to eventually roll out a martial law police state with a fascist hegemony at the top and Marxist masses on the bottom. Just watch the organization be transformed as the U.S. Presidency (Rep or Dem, it’s indifferent) becomes more and more and more unconstitutional and tyrannical. The gays and atheists are in many respects weapons of mass distraction, red herrings to help us ignore the overall strategy. The aptly-abbreviated “B.S. of America” is too important to the globalists (who themselves go for the occasional “fairy camping trip”) for them to allow their fake little lobbyist henchmen to get at the Boy Scouts they way they’ve gotten to all the other organizations that stood up, or even spoke up, for decency.

They have moved the definition of terrorist away from person who explodes buildings (often C.I.A. patsies anyway!) and toward anyone with any sense of their own dignity or who questions anything done in the name of Holy Globalism. I can testify that I was indoctrinated with this during all of my schooling. As the Femi-Nazi habitless Pagan (or just trendy) Femi-Nuns (now you talk about your useful idiots!) who run the military-industrial complex’s programming system dumb down the Christian Faith, they fill the vacuum by subliminally insinuating Marxism and Deep Ecology, even falsifying data where necessary, just like their god Al Gore! Please stop being deceived by the pomp. Underneath it all, the New World Order (Novus Ordo) or New Age people and their Mohammedan, socialist and bankster (gang + banger?) friends are the only true terrorist organization I am aware of (CIA runs Al-Qaeda) because they hate manhood and thus mankind. COULD WE PLEASE HAVE THE PRESENCE OF MIND TO ERADICATE NATIONALISM (YES, THAT TOTALLY INCLUDES ZIONISM) BEFORE IT ERADICATES US?
