There is a lot more to this story than first appears.  The Congressman I work with gave me some insightful facts and reports on the state of our mining industry.  While the Green-Nazi’s have worked full time getting mining permits and mines shut down, the Chinese were given preferential treatment in exporting rare earth’s to the states.  As soon as the bulk of America’s mining in Rare Earth’s and energy production was shutdown, the Chinese raised prices exponentially to the American companies that need them.
